new job

Last week I was asked if I wanted to be the daycare coordinator at the club in Nampa!!! It's closer to my house, better pay and i get to pick my own hours-goodbye 2hr workdays! Well I guess the club is pretty screwed up, Andrea (the manager of the daycares and the coordinator @ black-eagle) is out there "fixing" things so I get to take her place for a few weeks/month at the black eagle club. This kinda sucks cuz I have to drive farther than when I worked @ silverstone, and I'm going to get to know those girls over there just to switch to a new club and have to get to know all those girls! Oh well I guess! I'm excited/nervous, I don't know what I'm doing...hopefully everything will run smoothly, and I'll get the hang of it there just in time for me to switch to the nampa club! haha.

Today was my first day at black eagle- my kids aren't used to "working" 6 hrs (6hrs is what i would get after 3 days of work!). They are sooo grumpy! I think bed time is coming up soon. I'm grumpy too because I didn't get to go couponing until I got off at 3:30 and the store was wiped--as in NOTHING-- ok i did get some things, just not cereal(of any kind! not even Cheerios!!) yogurt, Kleenex, flour, or broth. It sucked! I did get shampoo and cond. -that made me a little happier! So for you couponers out there- alibes @ 5 and Overland isn't looking good!

Work music

At work they always have music playing-hey it's a gym. Usually the radios on some station that "plays today's hits". Today it was some mix of 90's and 80's songs which was kinda cool listening to those "old" songs. I smiled and then laughed when I heard R. Kelly's I believe I can fly because I thought of this clip:



I then got very close to getting up and dancing when flashdance-what a feeling- came on. Never seen the movie, I just wanted to dance!

Halloween

Didn't get many halloween photos:

Cinderella and Venom! I asked what they wanted to be and Brooklyn said Cinderella-the child is obsessed, that's all she's getting for Christmas-shh! (and yes I'm done Christmas shopping). When we went to the store Logan saw Venom and it was only $10 so we got it and he would wear it around the house almost everyday and still likes to wear it. He's such a funny kid.

pumpkin patch

I'm finally updating cuz my sis in law yelled at me...ok that's not the only reason and she didn't really yell... :) I just didn't have anything to blog about.

We tried to go to the pumpkin patch with my cousin and his fam. but they had other plans-we'll have to catch them next year!

I am a dork and didn't get any pictures of the pumpkins after we carved them. We did a pirate, a regular face (circle eyes and zig zag mouth) and with my white one we made "holes" with an apple corer and then painted the "plugs" black and orange and put them back in the holes so it looked polka dot. so cute and I'm so mad I didn't get pictures!
