With all the flooding going on in the whole eastern side of the state we headed over to Twin Falls to see the waterfalls. Did you know that Shoshone Falls is taller than Niagara? By about 45 feet. Crazy right?
There's a construction cone on this mountain. it's towards the top left, under the blue patch of sky.

Here's a close up of it. Who put it there?
Grandpa decided to be adventurous and climb up a mountain with 7 and 5 year old. :)
Here they are coming down.
View from the top of the falls -you can see down the canyon-
Kind of a side view of it and the upper falls
There's a lot of mist so it's hard to see how far down it goes.

To get to this part you have to go down stairs and I didn't want to haul Rea down there so she hung out with me for a while and grandma switched me spots. Now I'm kicking myself cuz she's not in the family photo!
Here she is just hanging out. :)
(L-R)Grandma in the blue striped shirt then grandpa and cory-- kiddos are in front of the adults.
People have houses on the north side of the canyon. It's a pretty view but I would be in the potty every 10 minutes because of the water sound!
The falls were really pretty I just wish the weather would have been better, it was really over cast and started to rain just as we got into the car.

These photos are from my cell and are awful! We couldn't get a good one!
