I'm finally done!

I started this laundry room project in December, ran out of paint and didn't get more until a few weeks ago. Then I decided to paint the shelf because it was a beige color and looked funny with the yellow walls. When that was done I decided to paint the ceiling because with it being beige it brought the ceiling down low. I wanted to do something "fun" with it so I painted it blue and put white "clouds" on it!

Should I paint the rod? or leave it?
